First question - Did you contact your Senators and Congressman?

I wouldn’t know how much insurance for my family would cost under Obamacare. I spent 45 minutes this morning on the WA state website and it never produced a number. I put in data similar to my family of five and it returned rates for three incorrect types of beneficiaries, crashed twice, and finally told me it couldn’t give me rates and I needed to call.

They’d rather you die and ease the “burden on the system”.
This is their way of doing it.

Isn’t there a website somewhere that chronicles similar stories from other citizens? Simply outrageous what has occurred with this scam.

I just checked on the Obamarama site and my premium here in California will be almost the same, to the penny. So no change.

However in the last two years my premium went up 65-70%.

Will Sheehan: “I actually made it through this morning at 8:00 A.M. I have a preexisting condition (Type 1 Diabetes) and my income base was 45K-55K annually I chose tier 2 “Silver Plan” and my monthly premiums came out to $597.00 with $13,988 yearly deductible!!! There is NO POSSIBLE way that I can afford this so I “opt-out” and chose to continue along with no insurance.
I received an email tonight at 5:00 P.M. informing me that my fine would be $4,037 and would be attached to my yearly income tax return. Then you make it to the “REPERCUSSIONS PORTION” for “non-payment” of yearly fine. First, your drivers license will be suspended until paid, and if you go 24 consecutive months with “Non-Payment” and you happen to be a home owner, you will have a federal tax lien placed on your home. You can agree to give your bank information so that they can easy “Automatically withdraw” your “penalties” weekly, bi-weekly or monthly! This by no means is “Free” or even “Affordable.”

The Original Boston Tea Party had the slogan: “NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION !”

Back then in the 1700’s the Colonists did not like Tyranny, and eventually went to War to rid themselves of it.

Today, low-information people, and their “Mainstream” Media’s attitude is: “Tyranny? Is that like “bad” or something?”

High-information people realize that we have had Tyranny imposed on us by our own NINE SUPREMES when they told us that ANY Administration can force us to buy anything they want us to buy as long as it is called a MANDATORY TAX.

The Obama Administration then decreed that the IRS would gather our personal medical information, administer and collect this MANDATORY TAX from us, and or punish us as they saw fit: WITHOUT CONGRESSIONAL REVIEW.

A simple annual, or quarterly increase in the Insurance Premium is all that is needed to increase taxation by the Obama Administration that is not subject to the Constitutional “Advice and Consent” of the United States Congress.

To this point in time, the Obama Administration has been successful in depriving us of Representation in Congress while imposing a mandatory insurance tax on us.

The Obama Administration may call it “Forced Marketing,” but I call it TRYANY !

MANDATORY PURCHASE OF OBAMACARE MEDICAL INSURANCE IS “TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION !”

Don’t you feel much better knowing that somewhere in Los Angeles, a family of illegals will be better taken care of now with your money?

And that the Democrats will prance around and preen themselves on what wonderful people they are that they took your money (which of course your family didn’t need, right?) and gave it to the poor, desrving victims of their choice?

I’d tell you to find a television reporter to vent your story on but we all know that outside of one network, the rest of them will ignore you

My current Medicare Advantage plan was listed in the Medicare and You 2014 booklet.

Today, I got a letter from the Insurance company. It said that my plan would not longer be available for 2014.

So much for ‘keeping your existing plan’.

After going through the Medicare website and the booklet, and knowing that my doctor’s clinic will not accept plans from a couple of companies, I am down to about 2 choices — one with an included drug plan and one with out the drug plan, so a separate drug plan would have to be purchased.

==

Ironically, last year (2012 for 2013) I got a letter from Medicare. It stated that my current insurance was not rated and I should enroll in Plan X. Plan X happened to be from AARP. Soon thereafter, I got a letter from my insurance company stating that they were fully approved to provide their plans.

I thought it curious that Medicare was basically endorsing and almost demanding I change to the AARP plan.

Who says there isn’t collusion with these things?

Don’t know yet. I just got notice yesterday that as of Jan. 1, 2014, my current Blue Cross plan (which I have had for decades) will no longer be available.

I’m going to try some local insurance companies before trying the government site.

I feel extremely uncomfortable divulging personal health information that I am sure will not be secure.

Make sure you call your elected representatives and complain - esp. if they are Democrats.
