I imagine the JS has a challenging relationship with the Governor.

Read the sentence, it’s weird.

H’s decided to keep open the parks because he blames republicans?

The whole article is about the parks’ being funded by state funds.

If the governor had said he blames republicans as well as democrats, leaving BO completely out of it, this journalist would have put a quote in there. It would be huge in that state.

No sale.
