While I'm sure Obama physically could go on that long content would be light, limited to "uh,uh,uh, I,I,um, uh,uh hold on, I,I,I, ...". As a practical matter he could never do it. The building stress of knowing that he was missing an episode of the Kardashians or Dancing with the Stars or basketball talk on ESPN would throw him off his train of thought. He's as hooked on that junk as he is on nicotine or power.
I may be wrong, but suspect that he’s going to do an end run around congress. We could be looking at a very serious constitutional crisis.
One the debt ceiling issue, we’ve paid for our lavish spending through taxes, debt and money printing. IMO we’re nearing the end of our ability to do all three. As Ron Paul recently said, we are broke and nobdoy wants to deal with it.
Prolly gonna pull a crawfish and try to claim, like Syria, “he” didn’t draw any No Negotiate red line.

To protect against control of airwaves to deliver propaganda during govt. shutdowns or other extenuating circumstances of govt. strife, every on-air message by the president should mandate the allowance of “opposing” view airtime
