I agree with you. The car is not damaged when they start shooting so I don’t buy the story that she ran into a barricade at the white house. The cops are saying they “exchanged words”.

My guess:
A stoned young woman driving with her kid, doesn’t want to get popped for DWI, decides to “run,” and gets herself killed. End of story.
What a difference from when this country was founded when anybody in the public could walk right up to the White house and have a meeting with the POTUS. Now if you make a wrong turn down a street they blast you into oblivion.

I saw that video. Sorry, it don’t look good for whoever was driving that car. Nobody shot that woman willy-nilly. She deliberately drove off with about six cops surrounding her car with guns drawn.
Identity of the shootee (aka “The Bullet Stopper”) is probably being spiked - and will be released once a potential tie to a conservative group can be manufactured.

Watch the video. She slammed it into reverse and shot backwards into a cop car and then gunned it forward and drove like a bat out of hell down the street and around the circle and rammed into the barricades again (looked intentional, at least from the video).
There is no way, unless she was on some serious drugs, that she was just confused.
It’s definitely suicide by cop, since she must have known from the very beginning that this wasn’t going to end well. Perhaps she was crazy. She doesn’t seem to have had any weapons or explosives, fortunately, but her behavior was certainly not just that of a confused driver (of either sex).
The Cops operate under the authority of our Government.
Tomorrow we will watch videos of the woman’s mother in a mumu crying, “why did they shoot her?” and at that point the media will completely forget this ever happened.
Sorry to be morbid, but what if she is a member of the Congressional Black Caucus or a spouse of one?
Being speculated on other sites the woman was unable to get through on the Omama healthcare hotline, was on hold over 3 hours and evidently flipped her lid and did the big chicken...
The cops were better armed than the NYC bikers.
Cops are trigger happy. And one shoots, they all shoot. Like I said, just like a pack of dogs. One barks and they all start barking.

She may have “hit” the barricade while attempting to turn around.

They drew their guns, a shot may have been fired, by a cop, oopps, and she rightfully freaked out and speed off.
