If she does turn out to be a Connitticut dental hygenist (as recently reported) and is frustrated about trying to sign up for Obamacare to get insurance for herself and child (hyper speculation) we are going to see some bid spinning tonight and tomorrow.
Her beligerency might make her the daughter of that Congresswoman that is always going off the handle. (silly thought)

I think it is going to be cops gone wild, but will be spun that she didn’t give them any choice but to shoot, which might be the case. One thing for sure, looking at the photos, the police cruiser is destroyed and no way she hit it. Which makes one wonder if the cop car accident made the events go warp speed.
These are just some of the strings attached to the tax money that comes back to the district after being sent to the Feds.
It's one thing to get it, it's another thing to have the school call you at work to ask why you didn't return it, call home to tell you you must return it, tell kids to tell you to return it, etc. And it isn't once a year, more like two or three times a year, every year! We've been in the same schools since 1995, it's not like it's a mystery that we've NEVER returned it.

It looks like the Cops on the Left side of the image are concerned with a passenger. ( I know angles can be deceiving)
In addition, watch the guy (cop) in the black shirt that initially seems to be raising his weapon toward the passenger side of the car.
At 0.29 there looks like there is an ADULT PASSENGER.

Its been reported all over twitter, so take it with a grain of salt but people keep on saying that its confirmed that the suspect was of Somali decent
Flashback to when Patrick Kennedy rammed through a barricade at 2:45 AM ..refused a sobriety test and was driven home by the Capitol Police. He blamed it on prescription drugs and checked himself into rehab.
A dental hygienist who is licensed in New York and Connecticut was the female driver who tried to ram her car into a White House barricade and was shot dead near the US Capitol after a high-speed chase through Washington streets Thursday afternoon, law enforcement sources told The Post.
Sources said Miriam Carey had a permit to work as a hygienist in Connecticut prisons.
At least a dozen gunshots were fired when she tried to flee cops, who had trapped her two blocks from the Capitol. She was believed to have been hit several times.
A child believed to be a girl about 2 or 3 years old was found unhurt in her black Infiniti sedan, which had Connecticut license plates.
ABC News said the 34-year-old woman had a history of mental health issues. A task force of FBI and Secret Service agents was executing a search warrant at her Connecticut home, CNN said.
The incident began when the woman got into an argument with officers a security barricade outside the White House and crashed her Lexus into the barricade about 2 p.m. witnesses said.
Then she drove up Pennsylvania Avenue towards the Capitol, with at least 20 police and Secret Service cars in hot pursuit.
A witness told the Washington Post that the woman drove up the west side of the Capitol where a police cruiser blocked her path.
Police ordered her to get out of the sedan. But she threw the car in reverse, jumped a curb and hit another cruiser as she fled to the south side of the Capitol, the witness, Frank Schwing, said. Police opened fire as she fled.

This is REALLY beginning to sound like a situation escalated by someone’s ego. I hear a LOT of liability scrambling.
