Jim's surgery was a grand success! Praise God! Thank you Lord and thank you ALL for your prayers!
Please continue to pray for Jim's rapid recovery and complete healing!

God bless you, dearest Jim! Our faithful prayers will continue. We know it can't be easy to lose your remaining leg, and I know I can't begin to imagine the pain you went through in your battle to save your leg, but I know that you fought hard until it was impossible to save, and that our good Lord actually guided your decision. Now we are praying that your recovery will be very quick and that your body will be the healthiest it's ever been! Lord, please hear and answer our prayers, again.
Our FReepathon is off to a great start with 30 Donations of $100 or more and 11 New Monthly Donors, including 2 New $1-A-Day Donor! I mention these Donations because of our Campaigns: Our 300 Club and Our New Monthly Donor Campaign, which I'll describe below.
Every quarter, FReeper I_be_tc, challenges 300 FReepers to match her $100 donation. Yesterday, I kicked-off I_be_tc's $100 challenge with my $100 donation to get things started, so please join me, if you possible can!
It was a big stretch for me, but I want to try to get this FReepathon done quickly for Jim's sake, and I know y'all do, too.

Lord, hear our prayers.
Hubby and I went to see friends on Wednesday. We drove into heavily populated areas. One “town/city” blended into another. It was awful. I couldn’t live there.

I like space and privacy. Too many people too close together breeds intolerance and hostility, imho.
Cities are all pavement and buildings. They’re also VERY noisy. Hot in the summer and snowbound in winter. No thank you!

This is the most disgusting presidency that could have possibly been imagined!
First the monuments.
Now Arlington.
Won’t allow private sites to open.
Has taken NFL and baseball broadcasts away from troops.
Ministers not allowed to hold services for troops.
Preventing FEMA to help in case the hurricane makes landfall.
....and the list goes on and on.....
There has to be a tipping point soon! Cruz and Lee can’t fight this battle alone. (with the help of a few good men and women who haven’t sold their souls to the establishment!)
My anger grows daily...hourly. There is NO good news in this country any more.
Except that Jim is doing well! :) And THAT is awesome!
