The suspect in the high-speed chase between the White House and the Capitol Building was identified Friday by a law enforcement source as a dental hygienist from Connecticut with a history of mental issues.

A federal law enforcement official told The Associated Press that Carey was delusional and believed the president was communicating with her.
The official had been briefed on the investigation but spoke on condition of anonymity because the person was not authorized to speak publicly about the ongoing investigation.
Sources tell Fox News that the FBI is currently investigating how long the suspect was in Washington, DC and why she had traveled there from Connecticut.
