Pubs always eat their own- they are their own worst enemy. You don’t see the Dems doing this. They stick together and never any news leaks about meetings. Some Pubs just can’t wait to leak info to the press, like in this case with Lee and Cruz. Just sad....

Hey I was a Rick Perry fan. Wrong timing for him. Can’t have MAJOR back surgery right before the primaries. Pain pills really mess with you.

..................Even more, about 160 members, a strong majority of the caucus, get high ratings from the ultra-conservative Club For Growth.

Hope springs eternal.

I don’t think the DNC lets anyone run for office (give them $$$$) unless they agree to cooperate fully with Pelosi/Reid et.al. That explains the lockstep marching to the Leftist/Statist tune. Repub leadership doesn’t have that kind of control, apparently much to their chagrine. I am just hoping and praying Lee & Cruz hang tough.

A relative of mine was a young man living in Russia when he was told he either fought with the bolsheviks against the Russian government, or he would be sent to Siberia. So he and a another man escaped through Canada to the USA. Year of when this occurred is unknown. This relative never revealed his true last name..he changed his last name, and kept this secret til the day he died. His children never learned what their actual surname was. The relative was afraid that he would be abducted and taken back to Russia, as was the man who accompanied him in his escape to the USA.
This abduction took place in Chicago during the early 1920s, when during daylight hours, a large black sedan pulled up to this relative’s door front, and two men ran out of the car and dragged my relative’s friend into the car, and he was never heard from again..this occurred in front of my relative’s children. A story I won't forget.

Don’t be silly. Are you familiar with politics? There are dozens of differing personalities and districts and that means there isn’t one perfect strategy.

Take the longview. We’ve accomplished a lot of critical goals. Just the term ‘nonessential’ is a victory. Going into the weekend you’ve got a bipartisan series of bills. That kills all the Sunday talkshows on their partisan attacks against the GOP.

Think generationally.
