I won’t obey, and that I solemnly promise you all.
Yesterday at the WWII Memorial, I saw people who would obey. I was inside the Memorial with 100s of others. I was 10 feet behind the Park Rangers while they explained to people that the park was closed. Despite me waving and inviting them in, they turned and left like obedient serfs.
That was dismaying.

Yesterday, I went to Jakes Rocks scenic overlook in Allegheny National Forrest which was Barrycaded.
As I was leafletting the cars there outside the locked gates with postcard-sized handbills featuring Barry Soetoro pointing and saying Get out of my park!, a middle-aged woman with her 11 year-old daughter and her two preteen girlfriends had just showed up to park outside the locked gate and walk into the scenic overlook, as had dozens of other people at the blocked entrances to Jakes Rocks, Kinzua Beach, and Rimrock.
I heard the woman and the girls asking each other in a hushed tone, "What's going on? I think he's writing tickets", as I was placing my little handbills under wiper blades on all the cars there.
When I heard cardoors slam and the car start as they were getting ready to go home and Shelter-In-Place like good little subjects, I walked back and handed the woman a handbill and when she asked me, "Can we walk to the overlook?", I said, "Ma'am... this land is your land, this land is my land... from California, to the New York Island... Go! Enjoy the view... just remember, elections have consequences."
Last I saw, the woman was escorting the three girls as they were doing cartwheels down the blocked road.
