What's even deadlier is to combine these sins.

One of my favorite gotcha moments: “Never ascribe to malice that which can be accounted for by stupidity.”

“The seven deadly sins, also known as the capital vices or cardinal sins, is a classification of vices (part of Christian ethics) that has been used since early Christian times to educate and instruct Christians concerning fallen humanity’s tendency to sin. In the currently recognized version, the sins are usually given as wrath, greed, sloth, pride, lust, envy, and gluttony.”

Wiki list the 7 deadly sins in the last sentence.....or it is listing the Democrat platform! It is hard to see the difference.

The Donkey Party surely is the Dark Side of the Force. They are Evil personified, but most people do not recognize Evil when they see it. Evil wears a smiley face. Some are taken in, but others recognize Evil for what it is and then go into denial and rationalization.

There can be no compromise in the battle of Good and Evil. It is like being pregnant; you are pregnant or you are not pregnant and there is no middle ground.

Wow -thank you!!! I feel like I just got back off the plan. I really loved visiting there. We were in Bogota but visited some 20 cities througout Cundinamarca. It was beautiful.

I know what you mean about the realty. My wife is looking in the coastal cities and it was a price shock compared to a few years ago!

Tell me, milk in a bag. The first time I saw it I thought "Meh..."

Then I tasted it. I don't think I'll ever think the same about American milk again. It's like drinking water now.

I have family in the energy industry there, but he's working on development in the Amazon right now. He loves it. Engineers can still find a meaningful challenge in Colombia.

I have to go back soon. I really enjoyed it.

Cheers and I'm going to show my wife your report. She'll love it. THANKS!

Pour yourself another round and have a fantastic evening!

Thanks, Check out Santa Marta on the coast. Very different price structures. Ive found a few we will be looking at when we get back. New condos are waaaay out of line IMHO, but older casas are still a good buy. Depending on the area of course.

We have discussed a POSSIBLE with the owner, not thru a realtor, and this seems to have potential. Lease option.

6 brs 6 baths, plus maids quarters(2) Guest house and caretakers house. pool, and a Kohler commercial generator, new ductless AC thru out. Gated area and not far from town/beach.

Older home that was partially remodeled about 8 yrs ago.
The kitchen is open to the outside like most of the older homes and is small. rest of the rooms are very large.

Its too big for us to live in permanently but may be a good investment...

My wifes kids have no interest in Colombia, they were raised in the US so a big house isnt really practical. But it might be nice for other relatives/friends to visit.

Im trying to find ways to justify buying it lol.
