Not only that but his answer trapped him. OBAMA SAID IT IS EITHER ALL OR NOTHING. The very accusation he is trying to pin on the Republicans. The Republicans can come out now and use his own words against him and refer back to Newt Gingrich and past history to show Obama is wrong about procedure.
