AB 48 will likely be challenged as an unconstitutional taking (5th Amendment). On the other hand, it’s unenforceable; so it may be a little hard to prove that it’s actually damaged someone’s rights.

If hunters react to that by ceasing all hunting, ruminant populations will increase. Predator populations will also consequently increase (more ruminants as food for predators, fewer predators hunted). So predator populations around suburbs will increase and be more hungry at times. Then more residents will eventually want to rethink the ban against lead ammunition.
