I love Ted Cruz, but we can’t have him on the ticket in 2016. I could be dead wrong about how I’m reading the Constitution and what it says in regards to presidential eligibility, but we do NOT want to have this fight after eight years of questioning Obama’s citizenship.

The doubts as to him being constitutionally eligible have already been debated, answered, and proven false on this very forum over and over.
The doubts are simply that, doubts. There is nothing in the Constitution or settled law that precludes Senator Ted Cruz from seeking the Presidency or becoming President.

...after eight years of questioning Obamas citizenship. Ted Cruz is unquestionably a US Citizen by birth. Obama MAY be, we just don't know. As of NBC status, I understand your position, but that debate seems to have been held and lost. Put it this way; if BHO is Constitutionally qualified (and BHO IS President, too bad for us), the Ted Cruz is also qualified, for sure.

Yes, this may be problematic, but hell, the Rats had Mr. President $hithead for two terms, let’s do the same for Cruz and then back off to the Constitution when his term is over. Eye for an eye.
