I was just thinking, shouldn’t the GOP explain to the young adults that the reason tuition has gone up is because of gov’t grants and loans and the same will happen with healthcare? They might understand it that way.

Don't expect the GOP to communicate anything.

Being the cowards that they are, they will spend the rest of Obama's term doing symbolic gestures that are meaningless thinking that will somehow keep the base on their side(incumbents) during the next election cycle.

Furthermore, man of them aren't just cowards, they are collaborators.
