Valuable teaching moment here.....when the government gives, it can take away. Depend on yourself.....NOT Uncle Sam’s gifts by theft. Sadly, those that need the lesson won’t get it, they’re too busy being outraged.

Hopefully, just hopefully, some will have the seed planted in the back of their mind and consider doing for themselves. At the very minimum perhaps they will manage the resources we give them better and keep some extra food in the pantry!

You would think but I've lost hope. This is the, ‘keep Obama in President, ya know!, he got us a phone, he gun’ do mo!’ I understand that woman wised up, but she's the exception. ::::sigh::::

"Hopefully, just hopefully, some will have the seed planted in the back of their mind and consider doing for themselves. "

Never. Happen. Ever seen people at an out of service ATM? They'll push that "enter" button until their finger hurts on the off chance it just might work. How about the guy in a trance, mindlessly feeding quarters into the one-armed bandits in Vegas? Psychologists working with lab rats, and animal trainers in general know this as the "variable schedule reward" system. Most effective method known for hardwiring repetitive behavior into a subject. Keep doing as directed by a handler, and sometimes you get your "reward." Sometimes you don't. The subject comes to understand the only way to get a reward at all, is to keep doing as directed by the handler. No EBT today? Maybe tomorrow. "Work is fo' sukas."
