I understand,mthough, that people are sometimes guarded about their recipes.

Thanks for asking. I don't have a recipe since I just make them up the same
way I make bread. No measurements. Ritz Crackers are nothing more than
Butter Crackers accept that to make them Ritz you add lots of salt to melted
butter and brush the cracker the second they come out of the oven, the very second.

And for a softer cracker add Heavy cream to the recipe, usually 2tbls or less per recipe.
