Veterans from every branch of the military have a message for our government. The message will be delivered in person at 9 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13, in Washington, D.C. and at war memorials all across the nation.
The Million Vet March on the Memorials is a grassroots movement started by five military brats, a term used to describe children of military members, to honor the nation's veterans.

Well I have been talking about that exact same issue for 25 years, and all it gets me is marginalized and hated, but I keep doing it. I have lost jobs, friends and associations for talking about entitlement cuts and fairness for the military.
I have many veterans in my family tree. It frustrates me greatly to see the treatment they receive.
The Lord allowed us to see Paul in chains and in prison, to bring attention to his message. Book Of Ephesians.
And I will be honest, the men who are the closest to showing the world what God is all about, is the American veteran. (Not all of them, but most of them)
I do what I can do, but the GOP has let us down tremendously, and that is where to take THIS fight.

Were there actually any arrests? Most of the confrontations seemed relatively friendly, or at least cordial and respectful.
Only one arrest that I have heard of so far....but the nasty liberal Obama followers are coming on line now to discredit this whole event......they are enemies of this nation IMO.

A man was arrested at the event in connection with bringing at least one gun in a bag.
A witness named Jacob Reed told Fox News the man was standing in line to talk to Washington Republican Rep. David G. Reichert.
Reed said a police officer asked the man what he was doing, then asked him to take his bag off his back. The man complied and said the bag contained a bunch of firearms, at which point he was handcuffed and taken into custody.
Only one , as I said, that i know of but don’t have the particulars on why that is.
