Our rates are going up because Obamacare forces health insurance companies to cover high cost people.
Before obamacare, the insurance companies could choose who they covered. Now that choice is made by the HHS secretary.
So in effect, the feds now run the private health insurance companies and make their decisions for them.
Effect is much higher premiums and less care.

Thanks Tex. I remember that I forgot this simple free market equation. I heard one of reps from Maryland, Dr. Andy Harris (they never laidout these issues wth a republican or a physician) discussing this issue on the Mike Reagan Show this AM. He says the costs are going to skyrocket! Maybe we should just let Obama fly this turkey and kill it next eection year?
