One hundred years of Democrat and Republican leaders both moving this nation in the wrong direction towards tyranny at differing rates of speed.

Please explain how trying to put together a coalition, led by conservatives but allowing others, that can control the agenda made gov't bigger, etc.? When Newt Gingrich tried it in the late 1990s it resulted in balanced budgets for a few years (only a down payment, but better than Demoncrats in charge).

And please tell me how putting forward candidates that don't win elections will stop the march of big government.
