Correct - "conservative" Demoncrats always vote with the Dems (unless their vote is not needed, then they are free to "vote their conscience") and moderate Pubbies will many times side with the Dems. What is your point? Mine was that if you can get a coalition of enough conservatives with some other Pubbies, they get the Speakership (or Majority Leadership in the Senate) and they control the agenda. Moderate Pubbies can't vote for Demoncrat bills, because they never get to the floor.

You are right about Obamacare - it is in place and it will be almost impossible to get rid of it. But the time to worry about that was in 2012 when many conservatives were saying better Obama taking the country down than Romney slowing the decline. How's that working out for you?

The time to fight to stop something is before it starts. We need to kill amnesty NOW. But this loss is going to make it harder.
