McConnell believes he has Unami pus consent so a quick vote it will pass with 60-65 senators, and the Boehner will put it on floor. It will pass with at least 100 republican votes and almost all of Dems. Total capitulation. The shut down is and was a disaster.
Totally wrong. The disaster is the invisible GOP leadership. Boehner & McConnell never had any intention of engaging the Dems. You can’t win a battle if the Generals don’t want to fight it.
Not only are they not wanting to fight the battle.. but they are fighting ON THE OTHER SIDE.
Couldn’t agree more. The generals did not want to fight. Yet the troops still ran in. Now we are where?
