I get to say something positive about David Dewnothing here! If there was any serious dirt on Cruz he would have used his warchest to trumpet it in last year's primary contest. I think Cruz (and Lee) are both reasonably clean (squeaky clean by DC standards).
If the less than half a man gave one whit or two shita for his country, he would resign and let the secrets fall where they may. You don’t destroy your entire nation for the foreseeable future to save your own cowardly ass, and if you would deign to do that, then someone in your caucus, not to mention in your party, should take you out behind the woodshed and leave you for the rats.
