What is with this "stay home" crap when they can primary their representatives?
Ap reported last night Boehner will send a message to senate so one procedural hurdle is avoided in senate. Sure sounds like a deal was struck but we will know by noon.
The conservatives staying home in 2012 got us this unholy mess.
