I gave up listening a long while back due to pretty much the same useless chatter. Even from the beginning, if the subject was football or golf, the station got switched, the other stuff came later.

You keep spouting Dem talking points. Are you a Democrat? It’s well established it was the Dems who shut down the governmetn. That isn’t even up for debate.

You need to be aware that Blackirish is a believer in the drive-by media.

Your 2nd amendment rights won’t be legislatively voted away. Those rights rights will be judicially taken from you. When obama or his democratic successor places a fifth anti gun justice on the supreme court executive decree and federal regulatory agencies will separate you from your rights. Once the court rules an executive decree banning all semi automatic firearms is constitutional where do you go for redress? Same as abortion. Murder would never have been passed into law by the congress in 1973. Now abortion is seen as the most important “constitutional right” by those who rule us in D.C. Voting for republicans to save your 2nd amendment rights is merely rearranging deck chairs on the Titantic. The republican collaborators have already sold us down the river in exchange for a lifetime of Washington perks.

have to disagree.

limbaugh ain’t in office. he isn’t loved at all by the gop leadership because he’s more conservative than they are.

he’s done more to educate people at the fallacies of liberalism, across the board on all variety of issues. not everyone cares about all issues, but he touches across many. he gets people to see the idiocy and non-thinking behind liberals, the hypocrisy and double standards and ultimately the heacy handed unnatural control liberaism requires to force their stuff on people, and then they start to see it across ALL of liberalism and reject it.

none of these elected politicians has done so much to educate and turn and convince people about conservative principles.

you want to sum it up? BONER and the GOP elite caved today. Rush Limbaugh did not.

you say then “he’s not elected” and i say “then don’t blame him for caving in and letting the democrats butt-f@ck the country and themselves.”

>> The only real pushback, Limbaugh said, has come from Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah).

I wouldn’t exclude Jeff Sessions’ involvement. Not sure about making the case for Rand Paul given his double-speak on immigration.

The ONLY way that the GOP-E will feel pain is if we stop funding the RNC.

No I don’t believe the media....but I know they’re in Obama’s pocket. ....and the general public hates shutdowns and they were going to pound the right into submission and it worked. I can’t help it if you fell for the echo chamber here and talk radio. I learned my lesson the minute Ohio went Obama. You want to defund Obamacare,? WIN.

15) Capture one or both of the political parties in the US.

They got 'em.

I’m not sure it was a bribe, it is basically campaign money now. He’ll campaign on how many jobs he brought in to his state, blah blah blah.

He was bought off. Team Rove will be in full force as well to get him re-elected. IRS will be combing whoever runs against him, etc.

THAT was the deal I reckon.

I thought he was asking folks to vote Hillary in the primaries. I don’t listen to him much, I can’t get him on my AM radio unless I’m close to the city, but I thought he had made up some fake voting club or something to promote Hillary.

Correct me if I’m wrong. I am sure someone will.

Kirk and also Hayek both used that term

I remember Hayek calling himself an "old Liberal". If he called himself an old Whig he would have been referring to the British Whig party. There is no way Hayek would have endorsed the American Whigs and their inflationary central bank/paper money agenda.

Operation Chaos.

The objective was to keep Hillary in the race in order to eat up Obama's campaign cash before the general election.

Obama had so much cash it didn't matter.

Bet it did wonders for Limbaugh's ratings though.

“This is not the time to abandon Ted Cruz or Mike Lee, folks,” he told his listeners.

Rush will also not abandon the GOP. Events are passing him by, I'm sorry to say.

Your memory is faulty. His “Operation Chaos” was to vote for Hillary in Dem primaries to prevent Obama from wrapping up the nomination early and forcing him to spend money and piss off the Hillary fans.
