Where is the chart that shows what happens to your rate when you keep your old policy?
Interesting Chart. It raises the question of how the decreases occurs in those blue. Is it because those states indicated by the blue had oppressive (Liberal/Progressive) Healthcare policies already in place and Obamacare lightened them?
And why was Massachusetts not included?
Hawaii and Kentucky also missing. Did McConnell get an exemption for Kentucky along with that $3 billion?
No Massachusetts?
