I had higher hopes for Haley at one point but now I suspect he’s really Karl Rove. Ever see them together? Don't you mean "ever see them apart?" And the answer would be NO. They're a team now. Have been since before the 2012 Prez convention. Haley and Rove commiscerated on the strategy for Crossroads advertising. They now generally are a speech team for these state conventions, etc.
