The best omelettes I ever had were at that great breakfast restaurant in Oakland and I still think about them all the time.
I’m thinking of the little hole-in-the-wall breakfast-only restaurant on Telegraph a little above 60th. They had terrific omelets. I can’t recall the name but I certainly remember their breakfasts. I wonder if they’re still there.
