I also heard it bans new physician-owned hospitals and forbids the ones that exist from expanding.
Thus the push to turn illegals into “legals” I guess.
We have a great cancer center in our area that is physician owned. They recently sold their infusion center part of it to one of the local hospitals. They said they had to according to the ACA. Have a friend going through chemo over there and said since they sold it what a mess.
