Atlanta is getting soaked to the tune of about $200 million for the Falcons; new playground and, as the article mentioned, get the privilige of paying ‘seat licenses’ as well.
Of course they’ve only paid off half of the bonds for the 20 year old Georgia Dome.

Yes, "personal seat licenses" are one of the gret scams ever. Phil Mushnick of the
New York Post has been really tough on them.
Basically, a PSL is a "license" to buy season tickets. Beofre you buy the tickets, you pay a fee to be allowed to buy.
Con job if there ever was one.
