I had a thought occur to me today as well.
With the mandate being, well ah, a mandate, how soon will it be that when a cop pulls you over he asks for your drivers license, you car insurance card and your health insurance card. I can see the day when you will be arrested for not having all three documents.
I don’t think a car insurance card is mandatory for a cop to see. Unless, of course, you are involved in an accident.
