Well, he said some weeks ago that he was going to set the record straight via a vis the founders. So this was what I was expecting.
Does it strike anybody interesting that Savage is preoccupied with conspiracy theories involving people who are frauds, plants that are part of a large conspiracy (I think he calls them Manchurian candidates, but it’s been so long since Ive seen that movie that I won’t say for sure) For example, he often claims that Mitt Romney was the Republican nominee as part of a collusion between GOP and Dems, that he was set up to lose. I’m sure you’ve heard him say that. Frankly, I think that most of these kinds of theories belong with the never-met-a-conspiracy-I-didnt-like crowd, people who think Eyes Wide Shut was a documentary. But, as I said, he seems pretty obsessed with people who masquerade as things they aren’t as part of a plot. Just saying.
