An appeals court in Miami just shot down Miami Heat superstar Dwyane Wade in his on-going custody battle against ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches.
The Third District Court of Appeals announced minutes ago it ruled against Wade in his attempt to have Funches, the mother of his two boys, mentally evaluated.
The court found that Funches' videotaped protest over the summer in which she staged a sit-in in front of a Chicago courthouse where the couple's financial settlement was being discussed provides no sufficient grounds to have her studied by a shrink.

Another Obama supporter who abandons his wife, treated like a "hero" because he can dribble a ball....at least he LOSES this court battle.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the clown also posed with his brain washed kids on a magazine cover that said “We are Trayvon”....

These NBA players are usually high as kites on marijuana after games, party and copulate indiscriminately. This is the result and the reason most are broke five years after they stop playing.

You mean Dwyane.
I never even noticed the spelling until a few months ago.

I profiled. My bad. When I saw “shot down” I assumed too much.

Dwyane Wade shot down in attempt to get ex-wife mentally evaluated

Now that is a headline that has nothing to do with the story.
In today's world when I first read the headline, I assumed some cop or street thug or ex-wife’s boyfriend had shot Wade.

I would bet anything it’s pronounced “Sha-von” but of course it has to be spelled as complicated as possible.

How the heck did he win sole custody of the kids. Did a court fall for the ‘she is a loon’ ruse?

He has more than enough money to take care of his ex-wife.
It is rotton of him to try to declare her crazy.

Good thing for him, he doesn’t play golf and not named Tiger or the hate would be unbelievable. Since he plays bucket ball the behavior is accepted as normal.
