Another question. Those who get a health care policy with significant subsidy will their deductible and copay be subsided as well? Their policy costs $300 a month with $250 per month subisidy. Is the $5000 deductible and the 20% copay subsidized as well or it this amount out of the insured’s pocket?

They will enroll plenty of their congregants, but that won’t help (due to the takers versus makers issue). Obama doesn’t need blacks to sign up for free or subsidized insurance; he needs working Americans of other races to sign up to pay for those blacks. Most blacks that deal with “black clergy” are already on Medicaid anyway.

“I have a neighbor who is black and worships 0bama. My neighbor thinks 0bamacare will be absolutely free. He thinks he will be able to go to the hospital and get good medical care for free. I bet that more than 90% of all black people in American think the same way. When they see how much the premiums and deductibles are they will be saying “but da brotha said it wouldn’t cost nuthin. Sheet!”

For many of them it will be free or cheap; it is income-based. I work with blacks that think the same way; they are in a precarious position because they make enough money for Obama to consider them rich, and their children have grown up & moved out.
