Subsidies, subsidies, subsidies.

One thing I wonder about: If the O-care insurance is fairly priced, and the taxpayer pays the subsidies, will some aspects of overall medical care drop because subsidized insured will stop using the hospital emergency rooms for minor ailments?

I doubt it, because the system is so complex and has so much cost shifting, but I thought I’d throw the idea out for the gang to shoot holes in.

Why would a person that gets free care go to a clinic appointment instead of the ER? It hasn’t worked with Medicaid loafers
