It’s going to take money, organization and a message to put the scare into Latham. Unless you have those, you’ll just be another desultory challenger, and he can simply ignore you without penalty.

I don’t mean to discourage you, I’m just trying to tell you the basics of what you’re going to need to put up a fight. It’s tough enough to win a local office, but Congress is a whole other ball of wax. When that much power and control of our nation’s finances are at stake, your opponents will not hesitate to destroy you and your family to keep or win that power.

To follow up with Definant's post, you cannot assume that there is any anonymity of your FR posts.The NSA knows the true name of every single poster to this site. That's what a lot of that analysis of 'metadata' goes towards, among other things. You must assume that anything you've posted here will be shared by the government with the folks in the opposition's campaigns, both the RINO, and whatever Dem opponent you'd eventually face.
