Illegals are exempt from O-Kare. They are definitely exempt from its penalties.
0Kare will work out just fine for illegal aliens, the poor, the fake poor who hide assets and many others. My guess is if your family of four earns more than 30,000 a year you are screwed by CommieKare.
If over 50,000 you are really screwed
