I'd agree, and also harsh (very, very harsh) punishment for recidivist criminals.

Yeah, chains and making big rocks into little ones for 10 years would reduce the recidivism rate dramatically.

Scripture tells us that hunger is good for a man because it drives him on. It drives him to work hard and have good character in order to eat.
