(CNN) -- White House officials have pressured insurance industry executives to keep quiet amid mounting criticism over Obamacare's rollout, insurance industry sources told CNN.
After insurance officials publicly criticized the implementation, White House staffers contacted insurers to express their displeasure, industry insiders said.
Multiple sources declined to speak publicly about the push back because they fear retribution.

Obamacare's messaging problem But Bob Laszewski, who heads a consulting firm for big insurance companies, did talk on the record.
"The White House is exerting massive pressure on the industry, including the trade associations, to keep quiet," he said.
Laszewski, who's been a vocal critic of Obamacare, said he's been asked by insurance executives to speak out because they feel defenseless against an administration that is regulating their business -- and a big customer.

there are actually two people in the oval office, Obama and jarret. even if Obama was born here, he spent his formative years in Indonesia. jarret was born in iran. they are sitting there conspiring to undo 300 years of American history. its like a movie.
maybe they do but in case they don’t, the insurance companies need to understand that if they don’t circle their wagons and start speaking out collectively and resisting the Adolf obozo, they will be eliminated even sooner.
why isn’ t congress going after the whitehouse for treatening private companies to shut up about the problems government is causing their industry?
You forgot to mention the car dealerships that were shut down, the off-shore drilling which gets no more permits, and the coal industry that is in the cross hairs.
You've got to wonder how many are entrenched in this new regime. Otherwise they'd feel compelled to stop it knowing they might be next.

The congress is hoping that they can just make it through all of this by not making waves. Besides..the insurance companies all have to prove whatever they take to congress and right now I think they are just trying to lay low.

ZACT same thing happened in Fast and Furious with gun shops ASKED to sell guns to shady criminals. Time and again they were admonished to say nothing to anyone about the operation but then the awful truth was President Creepy was about to throw them all overboard and claim he played no part in these sales.
