THANK THESE REPUBLICANS FOR OBAMACARE ... Ann Coulter
Ann Coulter Dot Com ^ | 30 Oct 2013 | Ann Coulter

Posted on 10/30/2013 11:41:07 PM PDT by Rummyfan

We have Obamacare for one reason and one reason only: For a brief, ghoulish period in recent history, Democrats controlled the White House, the Senate and the House of Representatives.

We don't have Obamacare because the public was clamoring for it. We have it because Republicans lost elections.

First, Republicans lost their majorities in the House and the Senate in 2006, thanks to George W. Bush's highly effective "Keep the Base at Home on Election Day" campaign, which consisted of pushing amnesty for illegal aliens.

Then in 2008, Republicans had the bright idea to run crazy-eyed crypt-keeper John McCain for president.

McCain supported: amnesty (until he needed our votes), retroactive Social Security benefits for illegal aliens, free speech-crushing campaign-finance laws, crackpot global warming legislation, criminal trials for terrorists and stem-cell research on human embryos.

He opposed: the Bush tax cuts, a marriage amendment to the Constitution, waterboarding terrorists and drilling in Alaska. Oh, also, he called the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth "dishonest and dishonorable." (As suggested by the subtitle, all this is covered in Never Trust a Liberal Over Three-Especially a Republican)

As a consequence, Democrats won the presidency, as well as huge majorities in Congress. The last time Democrats had controlled the presidency, the House and the Senate was 16 years earlier, back in 1993. Remember what they did back then? The very first thing? (No, Clinton masturbating on an intern came later.) That's right: They tried to pass Hillarycare.

I think this is a heap of excrement.

Ann blames the Tea Party for Obamacare. But it wasn’t the Tea Party that put the Dems in power in 2006 and 2008. By the time the Tea Party showed up, it was to try and clean up the mess created by the RINO’s starting in 2004.

Now she wants us to do the same again, leave the RINO’s alone, and expect a different outcome the next time some crap rolls around. No thanks, I’d rather take my chances with conservative candidates.

Wow, more pro-Romney/anti-conservative arguing from you, what a shocker.

Yes I do prefer to use the actual election results over your dishonest ones, and Evangelicals turned out more for romney than for in 2008.

Your man lost because he is a political disaster, as his decades in politics proved, you can stuff your attack on conservatives.

Romney was a disaster of historic proportions, the man who left the GOP because of Reagan, who became a supporter of, and fund raiser and voter for democrats, and a promoter of abortion and homosexualizing the military, and won your undying respect and affection.

All this time later, and you still wanted to turn this Coulter thread into a devotional for Mitt.

Romney lost because he was a disaster in politics and as a candidate, not because he secretly was the victorious candidate who won the support of America, and the actual results were reversed.

Not anti-conservative anything or pro-Romney, just anti-stupid.

Did I ever say great we have Romney? NO.
Did I want a conservative person like at least Gingrich? Yes. Go look my posts up before we got stuck with Romney and I was looking for the conservative ones, not a beltway botch up candidate.

Am I stating there were probably lots of idiotic dolts who chose to not vote at all enabling Obama to come in after tons of burnt voters said they switched from voting Obama this time around? YES

You have a horrible near communist in Obama and a guy even Rush and Levin said would be worth voting for over Obama in Romney, yet you keep trying to claim I had a pro-Romney bumper sticker or something, not so.

I would be glad to never hear of Romney again, and would hope we can weaken the regular GOP so the real conservatives with backbone can rise up to lead and give us the opportunity to vote for them.

My interest is in those who did not vote who claimed to be conservatives yet allowed Obama in again by their abandonment at the polls.

I would be glad to never hear of Romney again

Yet here you are, first you attempt to steer the thread into a pro-Romney thread and then you proceed to make lengthy post after lengthy post defending him and attacking conservatives.

If you want to not hear about Romney again then quit talking about him and defending him and attacking conservatives, and posting false numbers in those efforts.

No sense replying to you as you continue to twist my words into what you want them to mean so you can counter them oh so cleverly.

All it does is show your inability to comprehend the written word.

Your statement that there is no voter fraud is false.

I have been saying for years that every important election in the future will be determined by fraudulent votes; in other words stolen.

The Obama administration has this one down pat.

And the republicans are trying to catch up by inviting more illegal criminal insurgent alien colonists to come here.

A big LOL to the republicans, no matter how much they coddle and pamper illegals they will still vote dem.

Plus they ignore ACORN and all the other methods that the dems use to gain fraudulent votes. I went over all this up thread.

How did post 63 twist your words?

You claim that Obama didn’t actually win, that the election was stolen, from Mitt Romney.

Vichy Republicans, RINO’s, moderates are basically Democrat light. They are willing to bend or outright go against traditional American values and the Constitution. There’s this little thingy in the 5th Amendment that says something like: “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime - - - nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law - - - “. Many of Vichy’s are for summary executions of unborn persons (abortion). I have numerous other issues, but since abortion is in your tagline I’m using it to make my point.

In the last election I held your point of view that we had to elect Romney in that we had to stick together, that a “circlular firing squad” was stupid. I voted for Romney simply because I thought he was the lesser of two evils while knowing he was the godfather of obamacare and Mr. Etch-A-Sketch on numerous issues including abortion.

Romney lost because millions of voters stayed home simply because Romney is not conservative and this election demonstrated that the party will always be divided between those that just want to get along and those that want their country back. Moderates when elected do nothing to get back what’s lost, they do not educate the public on the evil that has happened or the good of a free market and a constitutional republic. What’s worse is these invertebrates do nothing about the current impeachable offences. They are not a solution, they are part of the problem America has.

Ann, I firmly believe the Republicans must clean house while defeating Democrats.

It’s immaterial who was running.

It’s not who beat who.

It’s the fraud.

Free Republic got involved in 2000 when Gore tried to steal the election from Bush.

Shortly before that election Clinton, the reigning disgraced President, sent 10’s of thousands of voter registration cards to illegal criminal insurgent aliens that they could take to the polls to “prove” they were registered to vote.

Thousands of Freepers took to the streets to protest the dems trying to steal the election.

You remember the hanging chads right?

Well an “angry mob” (Free Republic members in suits and ties) gained access to the counting areas in Florida and caught the dems changing votes and putting votes for Bush in Gore’s column.

Oh and here is what you said in 63:

“Romney lost because he was a disaster in politics and as a candidate, not because he secretly was the victorious candidate who won the support of America, and the actual results were reversed.”

Implying that I said Romney won the support of America.

Hahaha, LOLOLOL!

Doesn’t much matter that Romney lost.

The important thing is we must stop the fraud when we have a good candidate running for Prez.

You are a republican right?

Maybe you can get your party energized to fight the fraud.

We all know who the candidates were in 2012, so there is no reason to avoid using their names.

You claimed that “The last two national elections were won by voter fraud, no other reason.”

So you are claiming that Romney won, he won the support of America and won their vote, but that fraud made it appear that Obama had won.

In fact you are saying that also happened in 2008.

There you go again
Implying that I said Romney won the support of America.

Hahaha, LOLOLOL!

Anyone that could in any way think that America supported Romney is off their rocker.

Obama won by fraud both times. Period.

And McCain and Romney helped him win by running against him; McCain "quit" running a month or so before the election, and Romney was such a poor choice to run against Obama the second time that he essentially (with the help of the GOPe) gave the election to Obama.

Clinton won the presidency with under 50% of the vote.

So does that mean that ansel12 believes that "America supported Clinton"?

I guess so...

If neither McCain nor Romney won, and Obama beat them both by winning the vote, then the election was decided in the voting booth.

Would you make up your mind?

Did Romney win the support of the American voters and have the election taken from him by fraud, or not?

You will find the answer to your loaded question in those relies that you should have read nice and slowly, with at least 92% comprehension.

OH and BTW, with Soros’ company supplying and reading the voting machines in many states, how can you not believe there is voter fraud?

Your posting style is enigmatic.

I’m just trying to make sense of what you are spewing out.

You seem to be contradicting yourself, one minute Romney won and had the election stolen, they next you are saying that the people didn’t vote for him anyway, which would mean that the election was valid and not stolen.

Can you just focus, and try to choose one of those?

Calm down Ann.

RINO’s are the ones throwing stones at folks like Cruz, Lee, Bachman, Palin to name a few. In the last prez election the RINO’s did everything possible to trash people like Santorum and Newt. The GOPe does not want competition, so when true conservatives show, they stomp all over them much in the same way Democrats stomp Republicans in general. RINO’s started this “circular firing squad”.

Sorry RINO’s do not have the courage to fight Democrats, but are willing to eat their own.

The only reasonable thing true conservatives can do is to educate the public on what spineless backstabbing weasels they really are and get solid conservatives in office. Voting out the Vichy is a more humane way to get rid of them than what the French did to their Vichy after WWII.

A solid conservative will fight for us, not just put out show votes “most or at least SOME of the time.”

Enjoy your day.
