A (former) bff of mine does just that.
She and her hubby smoke 3 packs a day between them.

That is just sad. I don’t personally know anybody that does that AFAIK. I think everybody knows everybody around here, they’d have to go to Kirksville or Columbia or larger cities to do this. There is an underclass here, but even they try to work for a living, at least the ones I’ve come across.
