This pricing differential based upon income is unConstitutional. Where does it say in the law that you can do that? Never has health insurance been priced based upon income. You buy health insurance based upon how much you can afford. When you strip out the supply-and-demand equation, the price for health insurance can only be controlled by Big Government. They will control the price ceiling. We all know what price controls does to the availability of the product. For you zer0 infobots from places like the Democratic Underground, I give you a hint:
