They already make their own tanks and small arms. In some cases they export those small arms (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IMI_Galil)

The only area that the Israelis purchase much is aircraft and air defense I think.

(Supposedly) the best M193 made comes from IMI in Israel.

Hard to come by. Maybe God really is on my side /grin.
