Did long ago, ain’t interested now, don’t give a flip what the guy down the street wants to ingest, only care how he behaves toward others. He can snort concrete dust for all I care if he is a good citizen and a good neighbor. If not I still don’t care what makes him do what he does, only care what he does. Punish bad behaviour and reward good and things start to straighten out, reward bad behaviour and punish good as we now do and it is pointless to have a war on drugs.
Organized crime now exists mainly in the halls of government.
