I had a hard time with one stubborn so called Fundamentalist Christian Conservative that seemed to thing Tom Leppert was the shizzle.
The fellow was completely nonsensical.
He was anointed by those in charge of the Republican Party. It was “his turn”, you see. We may think we have a say in the nomination, but in reality, it’s all decided before we ever vote in the primaries.

I was a lurker during the elections and saw people getting banned for bad mouthing Romney. FR was RINO central! LOL
I never said any such thing.

It also helped that there was Mitt as the “moderate” and 3 or 4 conservatives to split the rest of the primary vote.

Posters like me were peeling the bark off of Romney, as was the owner of the site, until he, because of his large role and influence, had to finally take a stand to accept Romney as the nominee in the last few months, but JR never made the Romney critics shut up or censor themselves.
Once Romney became the nominee, and especially when he started reverting to his old positions, it got red hot here, but JR, NEVER banned people for criticizing Romney.
