The same way RINOs always get the nomination. Four years before the election, the moneyed interests gather in a smokey room and choose their nominee. The rest is window dressing.
The old smokey backroom deal is the same as it ever was, just four years earlier in the election cycle.
He was endorsed by a ton of GOP establishment, ex-presidents, current governors, radio talk show hosts, FOX news personalities and commentators. And some also relentlessly bashed his opponents, such as Coulter savaging Gingrich.
The establishment is holding the party back every step of the way.
He was anointed by those in charge of the Republican Party. It was “his turn”, you see. We may think we have a say in the nomination, but in reality, it’s all decided before we ever vote in the primaries.
Up next, Chris Christie. Ugh.

It also helped that there was Mitt as the “moderate” and 3 or 4 conservatives to split the rest of the primary vote.
They will do the same trick in 2016.. bank on it.
Weird coincidence that both of the presidential nominees in our last election had this unconstitutional mindset of foisting forced health insurance on the masses. Strange times indeed.
A lot of Mitt in the news...I wonder if he’s planning to run again, or at least position himself as some type of power broker.
