I had “diversity” at my Family Farm: male & female professionals. No tats, piercings, mohawks, baggy pants, illegals etc etc etc etc! I could tell within 5-secs when the applicant walked thru my office door, whether s/he’d even be a potential employee. The first 20 words out of their mouth sealed it. I PROFILED and got the best people!

Heck, I profile too, when I am hiring.....I can spot a dumbarse at 50 yards!
