No, he meant their President Rhohani, as Stephanopholus just mentioned it too. Funny how THIS WEEK (ABC) is going to follow Iranian leaders on twitter in the first place, does Stephanopholus find it credible...the world wants to know?

So I’m listening to Governor Christie on Fox News Sunday and he responds to queries about his gun control stance, to the effect:

“These things have to be taken case by case.”

OH NO THEY DON’T FAT MAN! The second amendment does NOT need to be taken case by case, indeed not, every time someone shoots someone the silly legislators got to pass some silly law never to be enforced and for sure never minded by the REAL criminals.

that’s all I need to know about Christie.....SCREW HIM!

Your mileage may vary.

Christie avoided saying that he supports a path to citizenship--something he is already on record saying. The GOPe is hell bent on an amnesty and an increased guest worker program.

Despite exasperation among reform advocates that the House has refused to vote on any major immigration bill — particularly the Senate-passed legislation — Priebus said that his “gut” feeling is that the House will indeed pass an immigration overhaul in the next 14 months.

"Something significant is going to happen because obviously mass deportation is not an option. I don’t think doing nothing is an option. And I believe most people would agree that something significant needs to take place. Now what that is, I don’t get to make that decision,” Priebus told Bloomberg’s Al Hunt in an interview."

The GOPe has a death wish. They will throw Obama a life preserver, split the GOP base prior to the midterms, and snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

FACE THE NATION (CBS): Leon Panetta

Nora O’Donnel in for Schieffer.

Yes, Panetta should have to explain the chain of custody of that 3:42pm phone call from Benghazi, so we know exactly what happened in that 1 hour 20 minute discrepancy.

Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu is on now.

Christie is spinning as bunch of smack, but he just effectively called Obama a liar, without flat out calling him a liar.

For sure,a must.
I'm now wondering if the CBS 60 minutes expose was a setup.
Were we set up to give CBS a pass while all along they knew a recant by their best “source” was in the offing? Also they only touched on about 10-15% of what is going on with Benghazi—a huge coverup in its own right.

FACE THE NATION (CBS): Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu
[what I heard as fast as I can type]

sanctions have been very very effective

Iran gets to keep it’s nuclear capabilities

metallurgy, making of the bomb is not even in the deal

reverse the sanctions

What is the future, the pressure is going to be let off, it’s over, a scramble who gets to ease their sanctions with Iran first

[More from Bob’s interview with Secretary Panetta later in the broadcast(I’m sure Schrieffer is in the tank)]

Looks like Perry got him some “smart glasses”
Is he honing his image for another presidential run?

Good morning Cousin Mike,

Did you read the book “McLaughlin’s Mountain”? It was written by my cousin (and possibly yours).

By me there are two things going to split this country apart...one is immigration reform and the other is the full implementation of Obamacare.

As to immigration, Lord I don’t know if the ruling class gets it but let me spell it out for the little people....WE GRANTED AMNESTY ONCE TO TEN MILLION PEOPLE!

We were told we’d never have to do it again, that they’d fix the borders and firm up our path to citizenship.

and guess what?

They didn’t do it.

And I don’t want to hear that these politicians aren’t the ones who made the promises....bull crap.

This ruling class has got to respect our concerns out here in la la land but it’s no mind.

Cause the country class is going to rise up and “revolt”, I don’t know how or when, but we will not be ruled, smashed and dominated by a bunch of people whose only claim to fame is getting elected then growing fat and happy in their cushy jobs.

As for Christie, and btw I thought Time’s “elephant in the room” comment to be really dumb but hey, sooner or later someone was going to say it.....but Christie does not have a prayer.

Yon readers, if the GOP nominates Christie it will be time...time....time...

It will be time for a third party, do not pass go, find Palin and Cruz and let US have a say in things. Maybe we won’t win but here’s my question....

Do you think I wake up every day sad because Mike Castle is gone? Do you think we who threw the man out weren’t sick of his lies and peeing upon our feet and telling us its raining? Did you now the state of Delaware is going to name a canal after him....go to hell?

I’d rather have a genuine Dem in there than a pub posing as a Conservative.

It’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

I like Perry but let’s watch him closely on immigration...he tends to waffle on that.

Unless, of course, you like granting amnesty to millions of foreigners every twenty years or so instead of, say, getting a permanent solution.

Called Obamacare a fraud.

Getting ready to watch the show but you’re kidding? Christie can’t even gin up enough outrage at a notion of Iran having nukes?

You know something yon ladies and gems? I HOPE the GOP nominates Christie. Finally we will be freed from them cause I don’t see a bunch of Tea Party types liking Christie.

Like the Food Lion.....just my two cents.

The issue with immigration has always been that the Federal Gov owns it.

Texas does not have the legal ability to deport illegals.
The feds FORCE us to deal with them.

Perry is not soft on immigration

And why not if he doesn't want to say lie, a con job? That's for sure what it was. Democrats knew is 2010 their Grand-Father clause was to exclude as many insurance policies as they could when they were passing the bill;

Senate Democrats supported rule that led to insurance cancellations
http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2013/10/31/senate-democrats-supported-rule-that-lead-to-insurance-cancellations/

In September 2010, Senate Republicans brought a resolution to the floor to block implementation of the grandfather rule, warning that it would result in canceled policies and violate President Barack Obama’s promise that people could keep their insurance if they liked it.

Under the grandfathering regulation, according to the White House's own economic impact analysis, as many as 69 percent of businesses will lose their grandfathered status by 2013 and be forced to buy government-approved plans,” the Iowa Republican(Chuck Grassley) said.

The rule essentially prevents insurance companies from keeping their grandfathered status if they make changes to their plans. In practice, insurance companies are loath to leave their plans unchanged so grandfathered plans are disappearing, and people are being forced to change their plans to meet Obamacare’s more robust coverage requirements.

His Democratic colleagues ignored him. Others even mocked him. But, now, congressmen who accused him of fearmongering are holding their tongues, for everything Senator Mike Enzi (R-Wy.) predicted about Obamacare has turned out to be true.
