Eternal rest granted unto him oh Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace, Amen.

My prayers go out to Senator Inhofe and his family. These are very trying times for this family, and it's very sad.
A heads up to Conservative men and women who are in the public’s eye...your lives are in danger, and I pray you have someone to taste your food, check your transportation modes, have security in place to protect your family and your home at all times. See post #39 and read nachum’s death listing.

The answer to your question depends entirely on what the nature of reality is.

If the God of the Bible exists, then God has a plan, you can be certain the plan is just and that Inhofe’s death is part of that plan.

If naturalism is true, then there is no meaning in life and it makes no difference who lives and who dies, and it makes no difference whether or not you wonder about it. In fact, if naturalism is true, you’re not asking the question because intention doesn’t really exist.

Those are my feelings exactly.

Jim came to mind but I thought he flew a single engine.

A few years back after one of those big tornadoes swept through the area west of OK City, the prop fell off of his plane. On another note My Brother in Law sold Jim an old Aeronca Champ he rebuilt, probably 35 years ago.
