How do you “un-cancel” cancelled health insurance? I mean don’t these things need to be negotiated and approved?

Great point...I believe with great difficulty and probably not at all, the Rats are finally starting to realize it.

Exactly. The changes in the law have already been enacted. They cannot take them back at this point.

Insurance companies will rue the day they agreed to this disaster. All of those new premiums from young healthy people are not going to materialize. But all those new claims coming from high risk people will be coming in early in 2014. Meanwhile, the government continues to print new money to cover their losses, while the insurers have to live with theirs. And in 2015, those still struggling to pay for their insurance will see their rates double to cover the 2014 disaster.
