What was the tip? Stay out of the bushes?
There’s two sides to every story. There has to be a reason she won’t go after them. Maybe she touched their kids the wrong way...(she shouldn’t be touching them at all)...or said something promoting her lifestyle...
Dumb Diner if the story is true.
Never PO the Wait Staff before your food arrives.
But this story sounds toooo much like the other one.
Usually when I see something such as this I expect it to turn out to be something “manufactured” by the supposed “victim”; and usually that expectation is met. At least this one was smart enough to blank out the diner’s data from the receipt -so nobody can come forth and point out the truth.
When we were younger my wife worked as a waitress to help us make ends meet and she relied on tips. My practice since then has been when we go out for dinner is to pay the bill by credit card and leave the generous tip in cash. Servers appreciate that.
